Massage Therapist
I spent the first part of my professional career working in the automotive bodywork industry where I learned to provide quality, communication and compassion to my clients who were navigating the stressful process of insurance and automotive repair. After over thirty-five years in that industry developing and managing several highly successful automotive repair facilities I found myself weary of the struggle and in need of change.
To this end I enrolled at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido, CA where I became a Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. Through the course of my education I found a passion for therapeutic bodywork. I studied modalities that allowed me to provide truly holistic body therapy; including, but not limited to:
- Deep Tissue
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Chinese Acupressure
- Shiatsu
- Reiki
- Craniosacral Therapy
- Manual lymphatic drainage
In an effort to further advance my education and skillset I am currently pursuing certification in both Active Release Techniques and Complete Lymphedema Therapy.
I am thankful and excited for the opportunity to provide my diverse skill set and dedication to holistic body therapy to the clients at Vance Chiropractic Inc.
